Thank you for your support!

May we remind you that the “Jack Marshall Brain Tumour Fund” is NOT yet a registered charity. This is a Fund that was originally set up for Jacks benefit to pay for treatment, equipment or anything else that he may have needed, throughout his life. (A charity must be for public benefit. Whilst we aim to raise awareness of Brain Tumours in children, the young and the vulnerable, this does not legally constitute enough to allow us to register as a charity as, currently, Jack is the named beneficiary of the funds raised.) We wish to assure you that every penny raised for this fund will be used to support Jack and to raise awareness of Brain Tumours, until such time as Jack no longer needs that support at which point some of the money will be distributed to charities and organisations that have been connected closely to Jack. The remainder of the money will be transferred into the Charity which we will set up in Jacks honour. The conceptual purpose of the charity is as follows:

1. Raise awareness of Brain Tumours affecting children, the young and the vulnerable, on a National/International scale.

2. Offer some support to the families of children who are recently diagnosed with a Brain Tumour or who find themselves in financial difficulties as a result of their childs diagnosis.

3. Funding local initiatives to support families of children diagnosed with any Cancer, in areas where support facilities may be lacking.
